Consulting - Strategies, social innovation and change

Kamaji Tree Pacific gender review

My consulting work is driven by a passion for people, equality and social justice, and a love of travel, adventure and other cultures. For the last 12 years, I have worked as a gender and social development specialist for governments and donors in Asia and the Pacific region including in Australia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Mongolia and Papua New Guinea. I have undertaken consultancies for the Australian government, the Asian Development Bank and several private sector organizations.

I specialize in the development of policy and programs that improve the lives of women and girls. I also focus on the inclusion of women and girl’s needs into government services including infrastructure, education, health, law and justice and governance. I design and implement policies and programs, as well as conduct policy analysis, capacity building, training, and monitoring and evaluation activities.

I am on the United Nations Development Program’s Panel of Experts for Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment in Public Administration, and on the Australian Aid Program’s gender technical panel.
